LOYALTY
I would take each and every one of these Dwarves over an army from the Iron Hills. For when I called upon them, they answered. Loyalty. Honor. A willing heart. I can ask no more than that.
Loyalty is reliable and true, faithful and devoted.

Proverbs 3:3 (MSG)
“Don’t lose your grip on Love and Loyalty. Tie them around your neck; carve their initials on your heart.”
From my (the author) journal, January 4, 2015:
“Loyalty, being loyal, is not very well known, seldom talked about, seldom experienced in our culture. It is a trait I desire in myself, a trait I admire in those few that I know that really have it. My true friends, my real friends, are loyal to our friendship. I know that no matter what, no matter the distance or time that separates us, I can count on their friendship, their loyalty to me and our relationship. That is a rare thing, and it is precious to me. God help me to be a better friend to others, to be loyal to You, and to those precious friendships you have given me.”
Psalm 100
For God is sheer beauty, all-generous in love, loyal always and ever. (Author’s note: Part of the definition of “loyal” is that it is “always and ever.” Part time loyalty is not loyalty.)
